Soy profesor asistente de la EPUC, investigador adjunto del Centro de Estudios de Conflicto y Cohesión Social (COES), y del Centro de Estudios Interculturales e Indígenas (CIIR). Me dedico a la psicología social y política. Mis principales temas de investigación son:

a. Jerarquías sociales y Relaciones intergrupales
A partir de las clases sociales, desigualdad de género, fenómenos migratorios, pueblos indígenas y grupos políticos, entre otros, estudio los mecanismos de formación de las jerarquías, las ideologías que permiten su mantención, y las acciones colectivas que permiten su cambio.

b. Psicología de la moral
Investigo la relación entre procesos grupales e intergrupales y la conducta moral de las personas, ya sean transgresiones a las normas que los rigen o conductas altruistas.

c. Integración de minorías
Me interesan las iniciativas que fomenten la construcción de una sociedad menos jerárquica y más integrada, en efecto, la generación de herramientas para la integración de grupos minoritarios en diferentes contextos organizacionales o educacionales. Durante los últimos años, junto al equipo conformado por estudiantes y académicos, gestamos el proyecto 1G, con el fin de acompañar la integración y la generación de redes de las y los estudiantes de nuestra Escuela que son la primera generación universitaria en sus familias.
